AhlulBayt News Agency: The Friday prayer in Qom was led by Ayatollah Alireza Arafi, who extended congratulations to the nation on the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution. He emphasized that the revolution was not just a political transformation, but rather an intellectual and cultural movement that provided a new direction to the Muslim Ummah.
According to Hawza News Agency: He stated that the Islamic Revolution was a people's movement, where individuals from all sections of society sacrificed their personal and group interests for the supremacy of Islam.
He further highlighted that this revolution is deeply connected to Iran's Islamic, national, and cultural identity, and it is essential to educate the younger generation about its true meaning.
Ayatollah Arafi shed light on the true face of the United States and its allies, stating that the ongoing atrocities in Gaza represent the real nature of the imperialist system. He warned that if they are not stopped, they will spread Gaza-like destruction in other regions as well.
He further emphasized that the destruction of Gaza, the massacre of innocent children, and violations of international laws have now become a symbol of American imperialism.
In his first sermon, Ayatollah Arafi spoke about the foundations of worship, stating that recognition of God, understanding of human identity, and strong adherence to religious principles lead a person toward true worship. He explained that prayer and supplication are not mere rituals but fundamental human needs that elevate the soul spiritually.
He urged people to create moments in their lives for prayer and supplication, as these spiritual practices help in strengthening the soul and providing resilience against imperialist conspiracies.
